LED Maker Soraa Rolls Out Much Brighter Bulbs

Soraa, a startup pursuing a novel way to make energy-efficient light bulbs, plans to sharply raise the bar on their brightness. The company, which has built a factory in Silicon Valley to make its own light-emitting diodes, is unveiling a second generation of lamps that generate 40% more light.
