Shipping Methods

Orders are typically shipped on the next business day. Standard Ground and Expedited shipping methods are offered:

Ground - typically arrives in 5-7 business days from date of order, within the contiguous US.

2nd-day Air - typically arrives in 3 business days from date of order, within the contiguous US.

Worldwide Expedited – typically arrives 3-4 days from date of order to Canada.

Order Tracking

Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. You may use this tracking number to check the status of your order while in transit.

Lost Orders

If your package is not delivered, please first contact the carrier to make a claim. You will find the carrier name and tracking number on your shipment confirmation email. Please include the claim number when contacting our customer service at support@soraahome.com.

Please note: Lost or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

Damaged Orders

If you are present when your package arrives, please check its condition before accepting it. If damaged, please hand it back to the courier for direct return to Soraa. If you only find damage after the package is delivered, please contact our customer service at support@soraahome.com.
